First step....

   ... finding the house.     It didn't seem possible to find a house with everything we were and weren't looking for but, we did!! 

Things we were looking for:

three bedrooms
a garage
a yard

 Things we weren't looking for:

an upgraded kitchen

upgraded bedrooms

upgraded bathrooms

 

What we got:

A three bedroom house built in 1957 with a two car garage and a big front and back yard that have clearly been lavished with love by their past owners.

it is soooo 1950's!! great plastic job on walls..I speak from experience...you 2 will make this a wonderful, cute home that speaks of your personalities and be filled with love...can't wait to visit!! xox sharon
